How to get Cloak of Aspiration

Cloak of Aspiration is not dropped by monsters. Wings, capes and cloaks are crafted: 1st and 2nd tier in the Chaos Machine, 3rd tier with Condor's Feather and Condor's Flame, 4th and 5th tier through their own crafting steps.

See the requirements and recipe for every tier in the Mu Online wings guide and the Chaos Machine wing combinations.
