Shields are off-hand gear that add defense and defense-success rate without using the weapon slot, improving survivability in PvP and PvE.
How to Get It
El Hazard Shield has no fixed monster in the map drop tables. It is a random drop: its drop level is 70, so monsters around that level and higher can drop it anywhere in the game.
Excellent and ancient versions follow the same rule. For upgrading it, see the Chaos Machine guide.
