How to get Floor Hammer

Floor Hammer has no fixed monster in the map drop tables. It is a random drop: its drop level is 10, so monsters around that level and higher can drop it anywhere in the game.

Excellent and ancient versions follow the same rule. For upgrading it, see the Chaos Machine guide.
