Boots are the foot piece of an armor set, adding defense and rounding out a full set for its bonus effects.
How to Get It
Light Ray Boots has no fixed monster in the map drop tables. It is a random drop: its drop level is 46, so monsters around that level and higher can drop it anywhere in the game.
Excellent and ancient versions follow the same rule. For upgrading it, see the Chaos Machine guide.
