Staffs are magic weapons that increase the Wizardry damage of Dark Wizards, Summoners and similar magic classes, rather than physical attack.
How to Get It
Elixir of Performance has no fixed monster in the map drop tables. It is a random drop: its drop level is 28, so monsters around that level and higher can drop it anywhere in the game.
Excellent and ancient versions follow the same rule. For upgrading it, see the Chaos Machine guide.
