Maces and Scepters are blunt weapons; maces suit Dark Knights for heavy strikes, while scepters are wielded by Dark Lords to boost their Command stat and pet (Dark Horse/Raven) damage.
How to Get It
Considered Hammer has no fixed monster in the map drop tables. It is a random drop: its drop level is 50, so monsters around that level and higher can drop it anywhere in the game.
Excellent and ancient versions follow the same rule. For upgrading it, see the Chaos Machine guide.
